I have lost weight through a weight loss center but it gets so expensive. I have struggled doing it on my own. I feel powerless either way and still struggle with it. I need to lose about 10 pounds to get at my goal weight. Any suggestions? Thanks. I've found Lifetime Fitness to be the only one so far. . Thanks in advance for the help . Well, I've your answer right here. It depends on where you live like where I live we have the wellness center which is only like $5 and your kids get to workout too

I'm 18 and I weigh about 267 pounds, i've gone up 15 easily from the start of college, now I'm really concerned about it and I want to loose it as fast as possible like anyone else. I know eat aot of protein and go work out a lot, but what constitutes a healthy weight loss per week? 1-3 pounds? How can I loose a lot without going over the healthy rate?
