I'm looking for a job that pays 20-38 hr, I have a chauffeur's license and a first aid certification, I have any college experience in computer science, I also have experience in the fitness and personal training field as well but not certified , I've looked at UPS FEDEX USPS and shuttle jobs and limo jobs and no ones hiring, I'm willing to get dirty and grease and do hard labor for 30hr, what jobs pay that in Rhode Island. Essentially — If you're not a veteran you can almost certainly cut USPS off your list. Eligible veterans receive extra points on the postal exams and are given preference in hiring. Current career postal clerks are making about $25 an hour. Temporary/transitional city letter carriers make about $23 an hour. UPS is a no go, unless you're willing to work part-time loading for 2-6 years making $8-$11 an hour, but if you make it, their package drivers are currently making $28 an hour. FedEx Express doesn't make as much and they aren't union, and FedEx Ground drivers aren't even employees and don't earn near as much as company drivers. I'm a non-career clerk with USPS. I've been there working 6 days a week, only 4 hours a day in a large post office. I make $14. 60 an hour, no benefits, and will never make career clerk. There's no future there. I'm an Iraq war veteran, I have a 4-year degree, a pregnant wife, and no idea what I'm going to do. Trust me, you're better off elsewhere. .

From what I can tell… Figure out your Base Metabolism Rate, That is how much your body burns each day, Eat right at that, Now your a girl so guys want a girl with a nice firm lower body abs down and tone up your arms so you can look sexy in a sleeveless, Remember to get 30 mins of running/swimming/ jump roping in and if you can do lunges, squats, and crunches, a gym is perfect since you can add weight, push ups will also tone you up, just eat more dense nutritious food.

I weigh 163. 6 pounds and im trying to get down to 152's before freestyle wrestling starts. I am 14 years old and 5'9. What is a good workout and diet to help burn off the weight? Last year seemed easier to make 152's. Well, I have your answer. I'm going to be blunt here. . Why? Your health and physical development depends on it. Last year you were 13. Chances are, you grew an inch or so, in the last year. At 5'9", you are right where you are supposed to be. I fully concur with one of the other respondents, when you were told to stay away from junk foods and fatty foods. Eat well balanced meals. Eat 5 – 6 times a day (but never huge portions). At your age, do not worry about too much time spent lifting weights (that can mess up your, still growing, bone structure. ) SWIMMING, running, tons of push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups. For you to get back down to 152, you'll just make yourself weaker and likely more prone to illness. Accept the fact you are still growing and perhaps it is time to move up to the next weight class. The sooner you do this, the sooner you will be able to set your goals to performing as good, if not better, than any one else in that category.
