I am a bottom heavy female. I am smaller at the top, but still have a "muffin" top and would like to tone my arms and make them smaller, flatten my stomach, and lose weight in my thighs, hips, buttocks. If there any personal trainers, could you suggest a workout for me and what machines to use? Preferbly, I would like a 3 day week workout if possible. . Thanks. Well, I have your answer right here. It sounds like you need more than 3 days. 3 days is the minimum to maintain your current level of fitness. Why not try Mon-Fri for 30 min? Fast walking, jogging, ellipse machine, treadmill, stationery bike. . . Just pick something and go as fast as you can without hurting yourself for 30 minutes. Give it 2 months and see what happens, By easter/spring break, you should notice a change. Either you look different, or your clothes are big. Sit ups every day. . At least 20 per day. Add more as the 20 get easier. Good luck

I am female and currently weight 94 kilos (goal is to lost 10-15 kilos). I go to the gym three times a week and want to know the best way to achieve optimum weight loss. Is it better to go to the gym MORE OFTEN or is it better to WORK HARDER (increase weights and cardio times) on my three-times-a-week gym sessions. Any assistance appreciated. From what I can tell… Go more. And work moderate. Work different muscles every day so that you can work hard every day with out injuring your self. Ie 1 day work out all legs w/ cardio, another day all biceps and back w/cardio, and another day with tricep and chest w/cardio and just rotate in that schedule. Try going to the gym 4-5times a day. And doing cardio 5-6times a day and you should most deff see ressults. Also dont forget while your at the gym to push yourself. Get that extra rep in, run those extra 5minutes it makes a different. In those specific areas of actual "work" there might be similar solutions in a more dense substance. I work in a building doing repair and maintenance that houses a Ballet School. For the dance studio floors they use a multi layer rubber laminate sheet stock. I am using a piece as a mouse pad. It has a "give" to it which offers varying levels of comfort to walk on, etc. I don't have the company name label on my sample but do have packed away small, bar coaster size samples as thick as 3/8 inch. "AH" just found that I have a piece in my kitchen as a pad to stand in front of the sink. I offer this. The name of the Company is "Harlequin" they make flooring for various purposes, and the piece I have is at least 1/4 to 3/8 thick and it's stock designation is "Allegro-#180" Certainly they are online and I assume can advise.
