I have been using the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program. I have lost nearly 50lbs. I have the weight LOSS system down. I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back. I have just started going to the gym. I will be starting up my Bikram Yoga again soon as well. Anything further would be appreciated. Basically… You need to go on a maintenance diet for the rest of your life. You need to stick to your Weight Watchers points quota per day and allow yourself only a few extra points a day and keep checking your weight once or twice a day. If you start gaining weight you need to reduce your points quota and if you start losing weight you could allow yourself a few extra points.

The ones that claim that cardio and diet won't work(well,I stuck to it and it definitely worked for me.)and that crunches won't help with your belly. . And that they know ONE SECRET that will be life-saving. I am sure I will get any lame links with such stuff as answers. Has anyone actually looked into any of those?The science of weight loss sounds pretty sound to me. Do you know what I found? Hi, hate to break it to you but most if it is bull. Whoever claims cardio and diet don't work are hugely mistaken. It's the only way to lower your weight, and it has worked for a very long time. Although it's not the most appealing offer since it takes a lot of work and determination, it certainly beats the claims of those "magic wight loss potions" that will make you drop a ton of weight overnight. Although any offer promising results, it doesn't come without a list of obscure ingredients that wreak havoc on your body and can cause any dangerous side effects. Not only that, but you mostly have to shelf out a huge wad of cash for something that doesn't work. All the product links on this site are such a pain in the a**.
