I'm 5 ft 5 and weigh 128 pounds. Could somone suggest a health and fitness plan to help me tone up and lose about 5 pounds. I am going on an island holiday in 4 weeks and would often feel confident in a bikini. I have ceiliacs disease so a gluten free plan would be great. I have a tendancy to eat too much in the morning and late evening so any suggestions as how to cut out these binge sessions would be appreciated. Thanks . I have been researching different options of weight loss centers(Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, LA Weight Loss) They are all quite expensive. Weight Watchers being the least. Does anyone know of any that do not cost too much money but are still effective and provide support. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. Low calorie diets are a great way to create a slow metabolism. If your ultimate goal is to create a slow metabolism than a low calorie diet is the way to go. . . . . . . . . . . I seriously doubt you are looking for a slow metabolism . I found a great video on youtube that explains what happens to your body on a low calorie diet I hope this discourages you from cutting your calories way back to lose weight..
