What I found out was &#8211; The truth is weight loss products or &quot;pills&quot; won&#039;t get you where you need to be. If they were to help you lose weight, you would gain it back after you quit taking the pills. Firstly, it doesn&#039;t sound like you&#8217;re that heavy. Second, it sounds like you just need to tweek what you&#8217;re doing&#8211;diet and exercise. This would get you where you want to be safely, effectively, and it will last.  This might help: </p>

What is a good workout and diet to help burn off the weight? Last year seemed easier to make 152&#039;s.  Well, I have your answer. I&#039;m going to be blunt here. . Why? Your health and physical development depends on it.  Last year you were 13. Chances are, you grew an inch or so, in the last year. At 5&#039;9&quot;, you are right where you are supposed to be. I fully concur with one of the other respondents, when you were told to stay away from junk foods and fatty foods. Eat well balanced meals. Eat 5 &#8211; 6 times a day (but never huge portions). At your age, do not worry about too much time spent lifting weights (that can mess up your, still growing, bone structure. ) SWIMMING, running, tons of push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups.  For you to get back down to 152, you&#039;ll just make yourself weaker and likely more prone to illness. Accept the fact you are still growing and perhaps it is time to move up to the next weight class. The sooner you do this, the sooner you will be able to set your goals to performing as good, if not better, than any one else in that category. </p>

It sounds like you need more than 3 days.  3 days is the minimum to maintain your current level of fitness.  Why not try Mon-Fri for 30 min? Fast walking, jogging, ellipse machine, treadmill, stationery bike. . . Just pick something and go as fast as you can without hurting yourself for 30 minutes.  Give it 2 months and see what happens, By easter/spring break, you should notice a change.  Either you look different, or your clothes are big.  Sit ups every day. . At least 20 per day.  Add more as the 20 get easier.  Good luck</p>

What I found out was &#8211; Although I live in IL, I can tell you that they are always running deals. . I got in at $29. 99/month before the gym ever opened. . They claim the regular rate is $49. 99 a month with a $250 initiation fee.  Yet, I always see them running specials.   It is co-ed.   Not sure what gyms you&#8217;ve there, but I find it&#039;s MUCH nicer than Ballys, but not as nice as Lifetime. I would like if they had a steam room and towel service. </p>
