I'm 21 years old, about 5'7 and 158 lbs and I can't take it anymore. I eat a vegetarian diet, I exercise about 3-4 times a week PLUS I have a physically active job. What are safe weight loss products for someone whoever wants to desperately lose 20-25 lbs. What I found out was – The truth is weight loss products or "pills" won't get you where you need to be. If they were to help you lose weight, you would gain it back after you quit taking the pills. Firstly, it doesn't sound like you're that heavy. Second, it sounds like you just need to tweek what you're doing–diet and exercise. This would get you where you want to be safely, effectively, and it will last. This might help:

From what I can tell… Figure out your Base Metabolism Rate, That is how much your body burns each day, Eat right at that, Now your a girl so guys want a girl with a nice firm lower body abs down and tone up your arms so you can look sexy in a sleeveless, Remember to get 30 mins of running/swimming/ jump roping in and if you can do lunges, squats, and crunches, a gym is perfect since you can add weight, push ups will also tone you up, just eat more dense nutritious food.
